Very professional team, they arrived as scheduled, the crew leader(Carl) introduced himself and his team members, answering questions and providing time frames. This was a difficult job with an old 40' oak tree on a steep slope above a retaining wall with little access. It took a lot of skill and hard work, 6 hours later the job was finished. There was no damage to the retaining wall or the house. Great communication by all, from the initial call through the job finish. Would highly recommend.

The crew arrived at my home at approximately 8:30am and started work immediately upon arrival. They took extra care in protecting my lawn and landscaped areas the entire time they were here. They finished the entire job around 12:30 or 1:00 pm and left the area. This includes an excellent job of cleaning up, and all 4 members of the crew were friendly and professional. Well done Newcomb Tree Service!
